Facilitated Strategy Sessions
Julian frequently runs in-house sponsorship strategy sessions designed to assist you to develop sponsorship strategies and brainstorm solutions to your sponsorship challenges.
Prior to the strategy session Julian will work with you to develop an agenda that is focused on delivering clear outcomes. During your strategy session, Julian's role as a facilitator is to keep it focused on the agenda and ensure the outcomes are delivered. After the session Julian will review your draft stategy to ensure it is line with the outcomes generated from the day.

How long does the strategy session go for?
Generally we start at about 9.30am and go through until about 4pm. We do our best not to go any longer than that as people start to tire.
Is the session tailored for us?
The session is designed specifically around the outcomes you are seeking. Prior to the session we will discuss the specific outcomes you are seeking from the day. Eg: are you seeking to have specific questions answered or decisions made by the group? If so, we identify those questions and design the agenda around achieving that outcome.
Other than your fee, are there any other costs?
Travel and accommodation expenses are additional. Should work be undertaken outside of Brisbane travel will be required. SMS staff travel via Qantas economy with any upgrades at their own cost. When travelling the SMS staff stay at the Stamford or an equivalent standard hotel.
