How long does the coaching program go?
Timeframes depend on the type of outcomes you are seeking to achieve. Coaching timeframes range from 3 months to 2 years.
Can I adapt the program to suit my needs?
We design the program entirely around your needs. Some people are only looking to have a meeting once a month to check they are on the right track. Others like weekly meetings with a phone call every couple of days. You let us know what you want to achieve and together we will come up with a program that fits in with you.
Other than your fee, are there any other costs?
Travel and accommodation expenses are additional. Should work be undertaken outside of Brisbane travel will be required. SMS staff travel via Qantas economy with any upgrades at their own cost. When travelling the SMS staff stay at the Stamford or an equivalent standard hotel.
