Angela started her working career as a Legal Assistant and later as a banking paralegal, but her natural business sense found their application as she left the legal industry and joined a trades and services business, where she took over the general management of the office. Throughout her career, Angela’s contagious energy and passion for customer service has attracted her to people with a shared goal of getting the job done, whilst bringing some fun to the task. This largely stems from her experience as owning a business and dealing with the pressures of modern family life. Prue Boath, Office Administrator
Prue began her career in hospitality which quickly stemmed into a Hotel Management degree. After winning an entrepreneurial business plan competition, she was fortunate to be invited to complete an internship at a premier Gold Coast theme park. There she was able to have direct insight into the management and coordination of opening a new entertainment precinct. After graduation, Prue spent her early career in sales and marketing roles at 5-star hotels with a large focus on conferences and events. Looking to expand her marketing experience, she completed a Master of Marketing. Lending those skills to several industries since, it has landed her at SMS where she is very eager to immerse herself into the not-for-profit sector. Karen Robinson, Database Manager
Karen brings over 25 years of experience to information and records management, with skills in managing information across large organisations including the public sector and universities.
